If less than 36 hours from booking date no refund issued-100%cancellation fee. 36-48 hours from booking date 50% cancellation fee. Over 48 hours no cancellation fee, except booking fee.

Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Blazing Saddles Adventures:

Cancellations 24-48 hours prior to date of travel - 50% refund. We regret to advise that there are no refunds for cancellations less than 24hours prior to date of travel.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises:

No cancellation fees are applied by the Tour Operator.

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway:

Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett:

Bungy & Minjin: Before registration - Full refund / After registration - No refund Parasail & Jetski: No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Tropic Wings Cairns Tours:

100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.

Wildlife Tours Australia:

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

PENGUIN ISLAND TOUR:

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 72 HOURS TO DEPARTURE WILL INCUR A 50 PERCENT LOSS OF TICKET PRICE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HRS OF TOUR DEPARTURE OR FAILURE TO TAKE UP THE TOUR WILL RESULT IN A 100 PERCENT LOSS OF THE TICKET PRICE.

Mulgas Adventures:

100% non-refundable if cancelled within 48hours of tour departure. 25% cancellation fee if cancelled with more than 48hrs notice.

AUSTRALIAN NATURAL TREASURES TOURING:

Full amounts are payable for ‘no shows’ or cancellations less than 24 hours from departure. Cancellations less than 1 week before departure we will incur a charge of 50%. More than one weeks notice will incur no charge. Where a private cottage has been booked as part of a cancelled booking, the whole charge will apply if less than 3 days notice is given, unless the cottage is able to be resold.

Billy Tea Safaris:

DAY TOURS Cancellations received within 48 hours of departure will incurr a 100% cancellation fee.

Calypso Reef Cruises:

Cancellation fees apply if less than 24hrs notice is given prior to departure.

Wildlife Coast Cruises:

Due to possible schedule amendments, we advise to check with our office before planning your itinerary. Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel at short notice. If you wish to cancel your cruise, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure receive no refund. Some cruises may be cancelled due to weather, insufficient bookings or special events. In the event of this, an alternative cruise will be offered. If this is not possible, then at the discretion of management a refund will be considered.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Groovy Grape Getaways:

Cancellation policy: GGT charges 25% 30 - 8 days, 50% 7 days to 24 hours and 100% within 24 hours prior departure. Amendements: Inside 3 days passengers wanting to change tour dates will be charges a booking amendment fee of $44.00

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Bums On Seats Tours:

Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Fitzroy Island Adventures:

No refund inside 24 hours

Melbourne River Cruises:

Sightseeing River Cruises cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund. Cruising Restaurant bookings cancelled with 7 days or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.

ABSOLUTELY TASMANIA DAY TOURS:

We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance which includes cover for cancellation costs. Sensational Sydney Cruises:

Cancellation Policy: Individual “Cruise like a local” bookings: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee and no refund at the Operator's discretion. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Groups or Exclusive Charters (12 paxs or more): Cancellations made more than 30 clear working days before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 30 clear working days before travel will attract a 50% cancellation fee. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Weather Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price. Other Cancellations: Cancellations may be made at the Operators discretion due to mechanical breakdowns which may result in the vessel being unable to operate. If this occurs the Customer will receive a full refund of the Fare Price. Fail to Board: It is the Passenger's responsibility to ensure that they arrive on time for the departure of the vessel. Failure to do so will mean that the Passenger forfeits the full fare price to the Operator. Safety Requirements for Travel: 1. Disabled Passengers: The Operator recommends that disabled persons seek medical advice before participating. Disabled Passengers cruising aboard Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 2. Pregnant Persons: Pregnant persons cruising with Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 3. Intoxicated Persons: The Operator does not condone excessive drinking and no intoxicated person will be allowed to embark the vessel named Calypso. Minimum Age Requirement: There are no minimum age requirements for children to board Calypso. Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. The Skipper and other crew members are not responsible for their care or safety. Life jackets are available on board for children and adults alike. Adult prices will apply from age 13 upwards. Times & Duration: May vary slightly at the skipper's discretion and depending on sea and weather conditions. The 'Cruise like a local' tour commences at 12.30pm and concludes at 4.30pm. Groups and exclusive charter embarkment and disembarkment times are arranged at the time of booking. Passengers are required to be at the pick up location 15 minutes prior to nominated departure. Days of Operation: The 'Cruise like a local' tour operates daily from 1st September to 1st June (inc), 12.30pm, returning 4.30pm. Minimum Numbers: 'Cruise like a local' departs with a minimum of two passengers and will cater up to 12 people. If you have numbers that exceed this, you will need to make a private booking. Marine Insurance: Sea Sydney cruises carry full insurance and public liability. Calypso is a charter vessel, survey number 21415.
